Excellent breakfast options

High quality lovely family run hotel with INCREDIBLE views over the lake. Efficient staff members at the reception desk, a nice size rooms. Comfortable bed, a safe box, a minibar and central heating.

I liked very much the view from my room. The staff was very friendly.

The room was spacious with a small fridge, a great perk for hot days. The pool area remained clean, perfect for cooling off after exploring.

Our lake view room had a restricted view due to a large tree obstructing the scenery. The bathroom needed updates, particularly the lack of a shower curtain resulted in water pooling during showers. The towels were old and frayed, unacceptable for a hotel. Finally, we dealt with a malfunctioning safe that wasn't initially secured, raising concerns about security.

The location of the hotel, it was a 10 minute walk from the railway station and a 15 minute stroll into the centre of Stresa. Our room had a large balcony, with a splendid view of the Lake.Breakfast was excellent, with great choice. The staff were very helpful, friendly and all spoke good english.

We ate on one evening in the hotel, because we felt the restuarants in Stresa represented better value.

The hotel is far from city center.

The staff were so nice and helpful, always ready to assist us. The breakfast was amazin with a good variety of fresh options. We loved the clean and comfy room with a nice view of the mountains. The pool area was great, always had sun beds available. Good value for money and close enough to the center of stresa.

The street noise was pretty annoying at night. There wasn't much variety in the evening meals, pretty basic menu.

We loved the beautiful lake view from our room, but it was pretty noisy at night from the road. The staff were super friendly, especially Julia and Sophia!

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a tiny island was good and fab.

The lake side view was wonderful and our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately the wifi did not work and this was inconvenient.

The breakfast was good. We had room with Lake view. The room was simple and clean. The beds were good.

The hotel was advertised as "new". The Hotel is not new as you put it on the web. The price of 130 euro for this 3 star hotel is too high in this season. The next night we took much better 4 star hotel - La Palma in the center of Stressa for 150 Euros, which is only 20 eu more but much better from any point of view, for almost the same price.I Think that Flora Hotel should be not more than 100 Euros per night.

The fine lake views from our balcony were breath-taking! I loved the diverse dessert buffet which showcased very nice regional specialties. The well-kept swimming pool was perfect.

Very nice hotel, just as close to the lake as to the mountains, so ideal for a mixed leisure/hiking trip. Super nice little room with view over the lake.

Only downside was the coffee at breakfast (nescafe) but they brought us perfect esspresso lungo when we asked for them.

Excellent value - spotless, clean and very friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view of the lake. Our special parking requirements were prepared ready for our arrival. We certainly would recommend this hotel and we would certainly stay again.

Air conditioning was out of order, leaving my room too warm and noisy due to its street-facing position. The breakfast items were not consistently replenished, especially later in the morning, which could be disappointing. A limited selection of vegetarian options at dinner also left something to be desired. The swimming pool area had some maintenance issues, such as a lack of soap in the men's bathroom, less than ideal.
